Playing ball alone just is not as much fun when you cannot covet and sneak the ball away from another K-9.... I kept myself busy being the poster Rottweiler for "The Rested Dog Inn". Pieter and I were a team, as soon as the camera was out I would say "I'm ready for my close-up Mr. De Mille", then strike a pose. Ha. Ha. Ha. Something to have fun with, which is a good way to bring back my smile. Pieter and my new hobby, which I'm quit enjoying with all the photos, became lots of fun for me learning to be the Poster Rottweiler. My Mom and Dad were stopped regularly on our walks, several times folks driving past stopped and turned about to visit with us. All would ask if they could touch me, they would say they just thought I was special for some reason, I was never too clear on why the folks always called me handsome. I'm not sure just what all that means, it was just something I got used to have happen when we were out walking. I loved meeting people so I was never bothered. Even a Poster Rottweiler every now and then has to have some quiet time to reflex on his life, bring back the memories of all those who helped him become a great Rottweiler, who teased at times, loved, laughed, played, cuddled, who became a dog with a job, served and protected his herd with great stealth and kindness for those he cherished most. I finally receive the toy of my dreams. It was a new vehicle which I could actually stretch out in. I had for the first time my own space in my own vehicle, wow. I soon became the traveler, going everywhere. It was a blast. I can now add 'Well Traveled Rottweiler' to my resume.                Ace

I am nowhere, yet I am everywhere
Just over there, around the corner,
Laying at the bottom of the stairs.
You cannot see me, yet I am there
      You take me with you,
         Wherever you go,
       My shadow is close by
     in your heart and memories
             I follow on.
